Acquired some felt for the interior heat doors & fresh air doors .Works perfectly .
Reluctantly purchased some heater core material to rebuild the many wasted cores in inventory.

My heater and control cable panel does not look like the one in the pic. Mine has a row of three knobs and a fourth underneath in the center, making the panel triangular.

The latest on the Magic Air repro list . New '52 Magic Air heater cores . Also available new '48-'52 standard box heater cores & new '51 Magic Air heater cores . System fails to upload pics of heater cores .Why ? Will put one on upay & see what happens . Need to recoup some $$ to purchase more heater core material .

Another Magic Air heater system . Going to CA. Sorry Ilya not you but maybe soon!

Some dead heater cores . Do not fret . The cores get recycled ( $4.25 ea. ) The tanks are removed to make new heater cores . Will have many soon .

Yes, that is what I have. My heater has an intake above the passenger headlight and runs under the passenger fender to the heater. With the new motor I am putting in, I may have to reroute it and use that intake line for the motor (it is a turbo diesel). Not sure what I am going to do because I need to get a filter into the intake line as well, and I don't want to use the stock canister. Maybe route it to in front of the radiator and leave the heater line alone?

I will be contacting you in a few weeks about where to send my heater!

Most of the tanks & cores look like this upon removal . A little Mississippi river bottom .No wonder new cores are needed .

Denny you are surely doing a great job with the heaters--very professional looking

No wonder the 63 yr. old cores do not flow . Almost an ounce of mud in this one .What a mess . All that is good is the headers / tanks & the dead core for recycle .

Hey. I'm missing the knob that rotates and turns the heater on, high, or low, on my 52 F1 Magic Air. It covers a tiny light bulb that lights when the heater is on. Have you seen anything like that?
