Good morning woodchucks and woodchuck imposters. I managed to escape from the idiocy in DC and am back in the land of the sane and working. Foggy now but hoping for a nice day. Perhaps a day to ride the motorcycle or the lawnmower - I'd prefer the former but probably will end up on the latter since it has been more than a week and things are looking a bit shaggy. But if it dries out soon enough maybe I get to do both and pick some apples as well.

Must say DC is no better than ever - flew back with Pat Leahy and I must say that as much good as he has done for Vermont over the years, he is also part of the problem.

Enough politics. Hope you all have a good day. I am glad to be home.

Well I got to ride the lawnmower for four hours - woohoo. Beautiful day but I'd much rather be riding on two wheels.
