Door Hinge Pins?
 

1960 f100, My passenger door is sagging a little bit and you can actually feel the whole door drop when you open it. When it is open you can pick up the end of the door and there is some play in what seems like the bottom hinge. Is the pin wearing down or is it the hinge? How Do I change the pins? Also the metal that backs the hinge is near rusted away. Do the front two bolts(the ones that are most visible) do most the work or is the bolt at the back of the hinge neccesary? Seems like the front two should be able to hold most the weight.

Should be able to watch the hinge while you move the door up and down. I would not think a worn pin would not move a lot.
It sounds like bigger problems with rusted out hinge supports.

The hinge itself doesn't move at all so I don't think it is the rusted supports. So it has to be that either the pin is worn or the hinge itself is worn.

Thats good! You can get new pins from many of the catalog suppliers. I picked up all four NOS hinges B7C-8122800-A. (just reverse the pin for right or left door) From Dennis Carpenter. That number may have changed over the years, If NumberDummy sees this he will know! But they are still out there, if you need more than the pin!
