Condensate from natural gas, anyone tried this in a diesel ?
 
Was wondering about this as a fuel. Anyone have any ifo on condensate from a gas well ?

I don't know much about it, but from what Wikipedia told me, it sounds very similar to gasoline -- and therefore, probably doesn't lubricate very well and detonates at a much lower compression ratio than diesel or diesel-like fuels.

I personally wouldn't use it, especially straight. You could use it to cut a heavier fuel like WMO, or something, and probably get good results.

I Looked at the Wikipedia too. I'm running two gallons in my tank now with diesel. No problems. It's oilier than gasoline. appears much like diesel when poured, has a bluish tint to it.
