For my '63 Uni, I ended up taking measurements of the battery tray then finding the closest fit.

I Called the Dealership parts department, and they told me to use a 24F battery. He also suggested just measuring the battery tray and just getting one that fits.

Here are the Ford truck parts catalog applications for 1957/63.

The most common battery installed in 1961/63 (and 1964) F100/350: R29NF

Look at the dimensions, then find a battery that'll fit. R29NF may be hard to find in today's world.
