Best to you Rick. A bit of rain here now and about 40 degrees - but at least its rain and not snow! We're over the hump and its a fast downhill slide into Friday. Enjoy the ride!:-jammin

Thanks Jim. I've done a lot of renovations on this old house but this was by far the most complex project. It was a full gut and then major structural repairs before we could even start on the rebuild. It turned out really nice but it was a long three months, especially since that is the main bathroom. We have a half bath upstairs but no shower. I ended up at First in Fitness every night for a shower while we were torn up. We did some pretty neat stuff while were at it though. The lighting is all LED - cost me a bit more than regular recessed cans but the whole bathroom only drawns about 15 or 20 watts. All the house plumbing was converted from copper to PEX which is a lot of fun to work with. In the end it was a great project, I learned a lot, it was a great excuse to add to my tool crib (got a new radial arm saw, new orbital sander, new jig saw and new PEX installation tools) and we ended up with a very functional bathroom.

Three months don't sound bad for that in-depth project

Only seems long when you're living in all the dust and dirt.:-roll

I'm a really lucky guy - Helen was right beside me on demo the entire time. She got real good with the new saw too. She cut most of the new studs and ceiling joists while I was nailing in the ones she had already cut. She's a real trooper. No whining from her during the whole project.:-jammin
