2 new codes.. need some help

Ok, so this past week i towed my 72 f250 to IL from CA. 2100 Miles. 6100#s with the trailer. No problems at all. Got about 9 MPG too the whole way. Ok, so here is my problem now. As some of you may know, IL just got about a foot of snow. Its all slush at this point. I am living in the country right now so i drive thru alot of it. Ok, now you know the back story, today i drove the truck to my brothers house, put it in park and bam! check engine light came on. About a half hour later i drove it to AutoZone and had them check the codes. Here is what they pulled.

P0705
P0171

Hope you can help me out Bluegrass, tell me what to replace. I have to drive it back to CA in 4 days... Thanks for any/all advice guys

First, Il. is not in good shape as a state but Ca is going broke.
Get ta heck out of Ca.
705 is a Trans shift select error.
Possibly from the snow. Look over the harness connector and dry it out.
The 171 is lean bank 1, the driver side.
It may be a one cylinder missfire issue.
Only way to look at this is with a Scanner to view live data for fuel trims and mode $06 test 53 allows you to look at the misfire counts for each of the 8 cylinders to possibly see one with a high missfire count.
Or an air leak on that bank for some reason.
I have cylinder 5 in my truck with high missfire counts but it's not bad enough to shift the fuel table out of limit yet but the fuel trim does show higher than the other bank so it's a good bet. It's plug, boot and maybe coil time to head it off at the pass.
"Ain't Scanners wonnerful" crystal balls?
A hint: If the missfire counts are in hexadecimal and you want to know the count in decimal, use your computer calculator program to do the conversion otherwise the scanner should tell you the count is just high.
Good luck.
