Parking brake adjustment
 

So, I've read that there is a star wheel inside the rear disc brakes that adjusts the shoes inside the disc. I'll need to take everyones word for that until I can get my discs off. That's where I need help. My discs seem frozen and I didn't want to damage them with a mallet or other technique because they are still very serviceable. How do I get the dang things off the axle??
