Miserable night last night so I took the morning off. Can't wait to get this surgery done with. :(

Got the 16 inch wheels and new tires put on the old truck... Sure fills up that wheel well now, and the front doesn't sit lower than the back any more.

Wished I would have gotten those used steel wheels sand blasted and painted like the stock wheels... Maybe get around to that in the spring.

Come on by. I was just in the garage sharpening tools, I even have some old buffer pads we can use as bandages!

I was real worried about those tires fitting. When I stopped by the shop to pick them up, the guy said there was no way they'd fit on my truck. The guys in 67-72 tech forum said they would and they fit great... Don't think I could go any bigger than that, they are 265/75/16's

Still no can see....

Sorry man, I had to link them since I'm posting from my phone. The site was blocked at work the other day so I figure I'll post from here for awhile till the IT nazis find some other site to watch.

I'm wishing I would have had the black walls out now, oh well... The wife denied my request for a tire machine so I'm not spending another $45 to have them remounted. :rolleyes:

Oops... Double post. I'm sure it's the sites fault and not user error!

Some of my trucks have white wall out, some have in. I like out best I think

They look fine with the lettering.

I like it. Once the truck is buffed out, it will look great!

Truck looks nice Rob with the tires on it and I have the same size on my truck.

Tires look great Rob, looks like you need an eye alignment yourself tho, lay off the oxy's

I prefer black walls too........
