Heavy single disc or dual disc clutch?

I have a 2004 f250 4x4 5.4L that I bought expressly for towing and hauling, I am going to upgrade the clutch, and possibly install a 2 speed rear end, my question is, go with a heavy single disc or a dual disc? Any opinions would be helpful

May I suggest speaking with...............
Clutchmasters

They have been building clutch assemblies for 40+ years, they are very well known in SoCal, excellent quality, excellent price & great to speak with regarding recommendations. never had an issue with any assembly I have ever purchased from them in the past 30+ years!
