Ford shop manuals and Ford wiring diagrams

1 Attachment(s)
Is anyone interested in official shop manuals for your respective vehicles? I just found three pallets of them. From 1994 to 2007 it looks like. In order to unwrap the pallets and dig through them, I will need to have several folks that want books. The current owner of the books doesn't want me taking the shrink wrap off for only a couple of books, as it was a pain for him to get them stacked and wrapped. These are samples of what I found. He has them for every Ford car, truck and van for the above mentioned years.

EDIT: I have all the shop manuals for all Ford models from 1998-2007 and some for 2008. I ended up buying the whole lot of manuals, and I am making them available to FTE members ONLY for very little $$$$. See my newer posts in the marketplace. I have some other manuals for other years as well, but they are not complete sets.

Manuals

I have a E99 F350 7.3 PSD, auto.

What can you get for me and how much?

Nicmike 11-02-2012 07:17 PM

I can get you everything for it. Volume 1, 2 (one is for chasis/one is for engine and drive train) and the wiring diagrams. I will advise on a price when I get a tally from this post after the weekend. The more guys that want manuals, the cheaper they will be...kinda like a group buy. ;) I'm thinking I can get him to agree on $20 per book if I get enough interested people. The books are all in good to very good shape. Like the tools I posted before, they are from a closed dealership. He says there should be two copies of each manual on the pallets.

Interested! 06 F 250 Diesel. Nice picture. I am a 53 crewman at HM-15!

I'd like (i'm not sure how specific the books are):
E99 f350 7.3/auto 4x4 CC shortbed
02 f250 7.3/auto 4x2 Ext cab longbed
98 mustang auto v6
99 mustang manual v6
00 mustang GT manual v8

I figure I should get books for everyone I know that has a Ford... which is either trucks(family) or mustangs(friends)

Edit: I hope I don't cry when I get told what my share is.... geez thats a lot of books.
Mike, Thanks for being willing to go and pic stuff up for us. :-D

OK. Interest is picking up. First posted=first dibs on a year/model. Too bad they lumped the X, 250/350 into all one set of books!!

These books are DETAILED. If you have never seen one, you will be very pleased. Everything you ever wanted to know, and lots of stuff you never wanted to know about your vehicle. Thoroughly detailed instructions on how to disassemble and reassemble your whole truck/vehicle. Every specification is listed out.

He tells me he should have two sets per year/vehicle, and he has 4 or 5 pallets stacked 5 feet high. I will be spending ALL Monday afternoon going through what I can if interest keeps up. Any volunteers to come help????:-hair

I believe I can work something out for shipping as well....stay tuned. If any of you have priced them on Ebay, they are not cheap. The set of three books for the 2005 X/250/350 are going for well over $125 for the set.

Misky6.0 11-02-2012 09:51 PM

True. The dvd is only $20. I hope to have my ex far
longer than a pc.

Ding126 11-02-2012 09:56 PM

I would like everything for a 2008 F350, 4x4
Thank you,
Mike

Misky, my 2001 X will die in my possession. So, like you, I need all the resources I can get to keep her running and do all maintenance myself. That said, it is hard to do some things while running back and forth to the laptop. Paper is better sometimes...

If it wasn't right in the middle of my move I'd be in.... stupid bad timing. But its a new job... for less money, but I can finish my 10 year associate degree(that 2 year degree) in another 8-14 months.
I hope someone less life stressed can swing by and give you a hand though.
