No power to power ports next to driver bucket seat.

Howdy all, :-wink
Newbie to this forum and new ford truck owner. So please forgive any stupid questions.
I just purchased a beautifull, well maintained 1995 f-350 dually centurion 7.3 powerstroke 5 speed standard transmission.
Being as old as it is, it has a few issues.
Problem..I have several but, figured I would start with this one.
The center console which houses 3 floor lights and the Old analog TV has no power.
I found a dual power port like a cigarette lighter next to the driver bucket seat.
Yup, no power there. Anyone have any idea where this draws power from, fuse location etc... Wiring path? Switch that may turn it on or off. Tried all i could find on switches.
I understand it is a custom conversion so wiring my differ from one vehicle to the next.
If there are other threads I haven't found yet with this information. Please direct me there.

Thanks.

The power comes from fuse #9 in the fuse panel next to your left knee.

Thanks, fuse number 9 runs the power point in the dash.
The dual power points I am refering to are located on the floor just under the right side of the drivers bucket seat. I suspect they may be ignition controlled. Key has to be on for them to work...but not sure due to no power at any time.

Forum won't let me attach a photo at this time, not been a member long enough I guess.

Will do a bit more digging next weekend.
Looks like the wires follow the same path the power seat power wires run...maybe. Any Idea what path the seat wires take? Under the carpet maybe? Or do they go through and under the body?

Thanks.

This does not sound stock as there is nothing about it in any of the 1995 F-series wiring diagrams.
If you would like you can email me the photo and I will post it in this thread for you.
My email is at the bottom of this post.

He said he has a Centurion conversion.

I'd start by checking for any kind of documentation in the vehicle. If you can't find anything, start checking every single fuse in the vehicle. Both underhood and on the dashboard fuse panel.

Thanks subford. Yah, it is a custom job.
Thanks lead head.
No documentation at all. Shooting in the dark and hoping to hit the target.
Found another fuse panel down by the firewall low. Only has like 3 positions. Will check it out in more detail later when I have more time.
Also lots of fuses scattered under the hood. Found three today. Look good.
Still, no power to console. Got a lot of wires to go. This is gonna take a while.

But, once I get done, I will know this beast quite well.

That fuse panel down low on the firewall is certainly not factory!

Thanks. Just confirmed my guess. There is enough extra elctrical lights and switches that there should be at least one or two more fuse panels hidden on that truck somewhere. Or at least enough in line fuses to have made up one whole fuse panel and maybe two.

Thanks for posting my photo for me.
Gonna look in more detail this weekend after I get the fog lights mounted back in place.
