I don't know about service but for parts I hear Sanderson Ford is the place. I think they are the oldest or one of the oldest Ford Dealers in Phoenix.

i wish, som idiot used an impact on it, upon attempted removal i stripped the head, i cant get it loose so i am just going to pay to ahve it replaced

1969furd 09-15-2012 01:53 AM

dealers want to rape me for the replacement, 648 bucks :o i found a shop that i trust that will do it for about half that, i just have to buy the pan, $150.00

daddykitty 09-15-2012 09:33 PM

i would spend an extra 35 bucks and put a fumoto oil drain valve on. that will never happen again.:-jammin

1969furd 09-15-2012 09:43 PM

That bis the plan after i get it changed out

daddykitty 09-27-2012 10:32 AM

sorry had to look again....did you try to get that bolt off with vice grips?

1969furd 09-27-2012 10:35 AM

Actually i had another shop loosen the bolt for me. I changed the oil and it was black, installed a fumoto valve so i will never have to turn a wrench to do an oil change again
