WTB: AOD Trans & Conversion Parts
 

Looking to convert my '84 f-150 4x4 (must be a 4x4 trans) to an overdrive setup. I would need the trans (obviously), the throttle valve cable, the throttle valve cable plate that mounts to the carb and the crossmember. If you have a transfer case I may be interested as I already have one. Also if you have a drive shaft that could help.

Looking for someone within driving distance. I'm located in Southern NJ (08028) just outside of Philadelphia PA.

Ummmm....you're saying you have everything for a zf-5 conversion? If I'm reading this right I would definitely be interested. Is this a direct bolt on for an '84 f150 4x4? Let's talk price and location/shipping. PM me.

hi look I know it's been awhile since you posted but I am in nj also and looking to make the same swap with my 1978 f150 Did you do the switch in trans to OD?

Not yet! I'm still "looking" for a trans. By looking I mean finding one that's used working and cheap. Plenty of junkyards have them but they're too much! Lol
