Thanks, Gerry and you are right. I would definitely make that trip on two wheels. In fact that was our original plan. We were going to stay at a motel in Burlington, Mabel was going to drive her truck with her scooter in the back and I was going to ride the Tiger. Than I went and bought the new toyhauler. That was for best because the weather was still cold when we got to Virginia and the rest of the way north.

Win 10 update:
Built in mail app is failing, but a fix is in the works. Should be patched via Windows Update in the next couple of days. Getting mail via exchange anyway so I'm covered. Those without access to other mail delivery program are likely going "crazy"...lol

I get email via internet browser. :)

So far win 10 is better than win 8.1 - for me jury is out on whether it's better than win 7.

Roy wastes no time in getting a new boat.... congrats.

Yes, it was still cold and we spent a week in PA before coming to Ontario. I did bring my winter riding gear and I used it; but I don't ride when it is below freezing! ;)


Dak, I am missing the Canadian temps; but I am re-acclimating. I just quit working outside around 11:00 and start again around 17:00. In betwenn those time, I take a nap. :D

6:00 to 10:00 meeting at the school........way too long. Problems between the teachers and Board members.......some progress. Friday the Board Chair and I will get together to develop a plan of attack.

Good morning, merry crew :-wink :-wink!! Hope all are going to have a fantastic day!!!! It sounds like it is going to warm up a little here the rest of this week, 100 today and upper 90's the rest of the week!! Not bad for a place famous for being cold!!!!
Daughter has an old Honda 4 wheeler that has sat with gas in it for several years....cleaned up the fuel system on it, got it running great, but gas would just run straight thru the carb, so put new guts in the carb, new float, everything, so hopefully now it will be right! Will go out here right shortly, before the snow starts to melt and put the machine together and see what happens.

We have our first football game this Tuesday. Just under a week. It's amazing how fast the first week comes up and how unprepared you feel your team is. We'll do fine, but man it's a lot of work.

The storm damage is hitting $20k to the house. I already have the check for that in hand and am having 2 contractors that I would like to do the work putting quotes together. The trailer is being slightly more challenging. No one wants to quote it. The place I bought it said it needs to go back to the factory and be reskinned. There was question on whether or not State Farm would cover that amount or total it. State Farm finally said to get a written estimate to reskin it and they would decide which way to go with it. I don't know how the numbers will work out. The trailer is valued at $12k and I'm told it's around $7k to reskin it. We'll see. I'm fine if they reskin it. Trailer was perfect. I'm also ok if they total it, but I want my interior stuff out of it.
