motivating my 59, 351m

What better engine to drop in an orphan than a 351m.. It took a few days to prep it but, I got it setting in there in about an hour. Unfortunately I bought the wrong motor mounts, one side is correct the other is not. I know they came from a ford I assumed it was a bronco, but maybe a 2wd truck?? I needed both mounts to be 9 1/2" from motor mount hole to edge flange.. poop, I'll have to get another passenger side mount.

I need the other mount and then I can set the driveshaft in place and tack them in. I did not have to remove the front clip.

nope, just a floor mat a chunk of 1/2" pine and a jack, I did have to pull the plug wires, starter and manifolds... but plenty of room and I did it alone..... I had to reset the length of the boom arm on the engine jack a few time. That 351m and 6c combo is pretty heavy...
