STC=Snap To Connect
Its a Fitting that attaches the HPOP to the HPO Standpipes Its on the HPOP they crack and leak usually cause a no start on the 05+ HPOP ACRONYMS FORD https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/821641-acronyms.html |
ok so I would have to pull my HPOP to see them?
|
You have to pull the pump to change the fitting but you can see it with the HPOP cover removed. The '03's and early '04's don't have one.
Updated fitting installed on the HPOP. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/p...ctureid=101801 STC kit from Ford: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/p...ctureid=101800 Here is a good video on the procedure: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UuTKD...e_gdata_player |
