12V P7100 Swapped OBS Crewcab 4x4
Well folks, after much deliberation, and against my wife's opinion, I've decided to sell this project. It runs and drives, in fact has been my DD for the last 90K miles. It does need a few things to make it 'perfect':
Radiator Throttle assembly and shutoff solenoid ( currently pull handle shutdown and ford throttle) Has 4.10 gears, max speed is around 65 (have full set of 3.54/3.55, included) Speaker blown in drivers door ZF5-42 has around 350K on it, still shifts great. Have extra ZF547 with a broken bell housing I'll throw in Exhaust is rubbing somewhere when turning sharp corners, needs adjustment Front driveshaft pinion seal leaking on transfer case Ball joints and alignment Tires Small dent in the passenger rear door High pressure PS line leaking AC lines need to be made and installed, as well as AC pump wired in(brand new pump) Other than the above, the truck is incredible. The Cummins came from a 96, freshened it up with a brand new injection pump from Bosch and head gasket for good measure. Kept all power STOCK levels @ 215 HP. Drive shafts are standard length, everything is original but the engine and radiator support. PO added running boards and a visor, which has peeling clear coat but the remainder of the body is great. When the engine was installed, Dynomat was applied to the undercarriage and all frame was repainted, peeling in some places. Transmission is the ZF542 with a destroked plate, 6.0L gear reduction starter, 3.5" downpipe to 4" stainless fully welded exhaust with high flow muffler, stock transfer case, and no further modification to any of the remainder of the truck. In fact, I kept the original matching radiator support in case someone would one day want to return the truck to stock from. Interior is a 7/10, with 3 burn marks on the seats and a few burn marks in the carpet. PO mounted a CB on the roof, mount is still there. Original radio works with the exception of the drivers door speaker. Comes with a 10K lb hitch and extra set of matching wheels. Considering how much money I have dumped into this thing, I feel retarded selling it but I have no time to fix the little problems on her. Time to get a reliable 'city' car and I'll build another ford when I retire. Mileage on engine is 120K. Mileage on body is ~208K, increasing by the day until she sells. Don't waste my time looking for payment plans, joyrides, or any of the usual shenanigans. |
