carb 302 and manual 5 speed swap
 

my buddy just got a 91 lariat carb 302 manual 5 speed. the speedo isnt hooked up an neither is the tack. is it possible to hook the tack thats in the dash cluster up? also this truck was orginally a auto so can you hook the speedo up? or does it need a different cable? thanks in advance

needs a new cable for speedo to work as for the tack its wiring is been changed I would buy a new one from parts store

thats what i was thinking. i figured he would need a new speedo cable but wasnt positive on the tach part. thanks for the input.
