2010 F150 fx4 Leak In Front of Truck

I have just purchased a 2010 FX4 5.4l on 5/4 and just found a leak coming from above the passenger side frame horn. It looks like it may be from the condensor but im not 100 percent certain. It is an odorless oil not condensate. It is a slow drip that i found after running the truck for a short time. the puddle it left was about the size of a bottom of a drinking glass. if anyone has had any problem like this or know any information i would really appreciate it.

Thanks

Welcome to FTE and congrats on your new truck. I'll bet that your bumper to bumper warranty is still in effect, is so, let the dealer fix for free.

I had the same issue. Its a "known problem" says Ford. I took mine to the dealer and had to leave it for a day(they had to call someone out to the dealer to fix it.) The leak comes from the sat. antenna. They have to remove the headliner and re-seal the antenna or something.

We're talking about 2 different things Mine is under the hood. It is the condenser, has a leak top passenger side. What does SCAB mean on Your signature?

Whoops! Sorry I misunderstood. SCAB stands for "SuperCab" whereas SCREW is for "SuperCrew".
