Hello Dan! In what parts of Michigan do you raise your beer?

SDElwood 04-23-2012 10:12 AM

I raise my beer in all parts of Michigan... Oh, sorry. Welcome!

danielzink 12-10-2012 06:24 PM

Wow - apologies to everyone !

I haven't checked my PM's in forever !!!

I raise my beer in Webberville - oddly enough...former to home to my favorite brewery - which sadly went belly up due to the owner being an #%$!)&&^$

Anyhow - I'm sporting a 1997 Extended cab on a Sky RS kit, Dana 60 and 35's. 3" DP, 4" Diamond eye exhaust intoa 5" tip.

I'll probably install a Beans efuel kit over the winter as it'll be put up in the pole barn.

Come spring I'm looking at a 6 pos chip, maybe some injectors. Probably a trans upgrade is my future as well.

I live near a super great diesel mechanic if anyone needs any work done - he's also a good buddy - honest and fair.

That's about it !

Thanks !

Dan

you must mean MBC. i am lucky enough to be 15 minutes from downtown grand rapids... as you probably know there are more options over here for great michigan craft beer than one could handle in a weekend. super excited to visit Grand Rapids Brewing Company, which just opened the 5th of this month; the brand was re-invented and has great reviews thus far.

anywho, belated welcome. don't let these guys pressure you into drinking nascar beer. :-drink

There are so many brew pubs up here that i have a better chance at naming all the presidents.

Oh.....I've been know to knock back a PBR or 10.....

Your tolerance gets built up drinking all those craft beers....

PBR is a nice "palate cleanser"

HA ! !

more true than you know... i went to an Oktoberfest party this fall with 5 different homebrewed marzen/oktoberfest kegs (and a bonus gold-medal-winning dopplebock), along with a quarter barrel of PBR to do just that... "cleanse" your pallete in between samples and rinse your stein out. :-X04

Those are two of the ones I was thinking of. I also like Leftfoot Charley's for their hard cider.
