Looking for a 400m
 

Anyone know where I may find a 400m block or complete engine that would be a good candidate for a rebuild? I'de love to find something on long island.

Check with craigs. You never know....Actually it's just a 400 no "M" That was to show the diff between a 351C and the 351 modified for emissions. And there is always the 460.

I thought about a 460 but I have a new intake and distributor and stuff on my 351m. Plus I don't want to switch motor mounts. Looking for more of a plug and play setup

I've got one up here (N of Ithaca) still in truck, seized from sitting. You should be able to find something closer.
