You know the ones that sit just above the red, yellow, or green light lenses. They're put there to keep the sunlight from blocking the glow of each light. I wonder if that's what those are off of and repurposed onto the headlights of this guys truck? It looks as though he has an engine block heater as well.

For some reason I was reminded of a headlight you might see on an old locomotive, like this one here:

They do look similar in style, but traffic lights are much larger - standard ones are 12" diameter and even the smaller ones they used back in the day were 8".

Here's a few I spotted while I was out this past weekend. However I should add that there were a few others I spotted, but couldn't get pics. of since I was driving and the only one in the truck.

I spotted this truck as well on Sunday. I've talked to the fellow that owns this beautiful truck at the Carlisle Ford Nationals and the Carlisle Truck Nationals a couple of time. He's running a stroked 460 and 4 speed man. trans. in the truck. There are several videos on YouTube of him winning the burnout competitions with this truck. I've watched numerous times destroy brand new sticker tires just like the ones in these pictures to the point of them popping while do the competition. Then slap on another set of tires and drive the truck home.

Nick is his first name.

He has built a lot of cool stuff for his age.

I like that last picture. That sure is one hell of a fleet :-X22

Nice fleet
Saw this 1976 F100 at a local show. I didn't find the owner to chat with, heck he might be a fellow FTE. The rust bucket was funny.

Great finds! I sure wish I'd find lineups like that, I'm pretty sure I've gotten all the dents in my area!

lookabronco 10-21-2015 11:20 PM

Just after I said I thought I'd found all the dents in my area I spotted this one behind some building, looked like a shop, I would have missed it if I had blinked. Also got some more photos of my buddies stepdads truck. I love his truck so I like posting pics haha

Here's another one for yinz. This is another truck that reside just down the street from me.

This first one I spotted in front of an auto parts store, the owner was pretty cool, he said it's a camper special with the 460 and factory a/c. He said he added the scoop to help it breathe a little better. Second picture is a little blurry because it's from a distance

Guy's stache from when I went to get the parts for grumpy. Only the blue one was up for grabs for parts, the others were projects or summer runners. He had a 79 out at the road that was all done up. One of those trucks he stupidly sold many years ago and found for sale again so he bought it back.

The donor truck I got parts for grumpy from. sad thing is it was in pretty good shape...

Spotted an awesome looking lifted 4x4 Dent this afternoon at work in Andover, MA. Great looking metallic blue/gray paint job with NH "antique auto" plates.

Sorry, folks but I can't take photos on work property.

Quite a dramatic dent picture:
