engine shutting down

So i was on my way to the grocery store and when i pulled into the parking lot i was attempting to park. As I was backing up to line up my approach my truck died. No check engine light but the message center in the dash said low oil pressure. I was able to restart it with no problem. I also noticed that the transmission oil temp gauge had moved down to cold but the digital read out said 194 degrees. Has anyone experienced this before. I have also had some hesitation in the throttle with the rpm gauge being sporadic and the gas pedal wont work but it clears up in a few seconds.

So heres an update. I took my truck to the dealer this morning and they hooked it up to the computer and they checked everything and they said that there was no codes or any signs of problems. The service advisor told me that these newer vehicles have tons of modules and that they have what is called adaptive strategies and what that does is learn your driving habits and tries to adjust itself accordingly to your driving. I guess it learns your driving habits. He said they get glitches from time to and time and not to worry about it.
