Loose Gear Selector..not cable
 

Brother in-law broke the shifter...One of the two two gold-colored torx screws that hold the upper shifter rod to the lower rod not only popped out but the pot metal it screwed into broke off as well. What do I do now? Any advice would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!
