That sounds good, sorta an Italian burrito? Regardless of what you call it, definitely sounds good. Now IF I could just cook. Never was much good at it & then after I got married, my wife was a GREAT cook so I forgot what little I knew. I had learned how to boil water without burning it, but that was years ago (ever had burnt water? Nasty stuff, even the cat won't touch it). My main cooking tool now is my phone. Hello, Pizza Hut? For something different, I'll cook Chinese, but don't know any place around here. Been doing Papa John's lately since The Hut doesn't deliver to my area.

Well Joe, we made the stromboli's (2) they come out of oven in 10 minutes! Wife wont let me take pics of them, not as nice as yours, but
I think they will be awesome tasting ! Only change we made was replaced
pepperoni with cooked ham, wife doesn't like pepperoni. Waiting on race!

Yeah...the race being cancelled stunk...but we still had a great time with our friends!...so that's good!

I'll be getting on a plane in a little bit...have a 30 minute delay but hopefully I'll catch my next flight...we'll see...

I should be able to watch some of the race on the plane since they have satellite TV...

We have our pool going too...so I'll have to pay out the winners of our friendly pool after the race too!

Dennis...WOW...10 minutes?...holy cow...I had mine in there for about 45 at 365° yesterday...there wasn't a crumb left either out of the 2 I made...substituting ham over pep...yeah...that would be good too!...you can pretty much fill it any way you want...I've just always done sausage and pepperoni in mine...so how did they taste?...
