99 e250 5.4
van didnt come with one. looking for a way to identify all these fuses under the dash. ive pulled about 10 and 8 of them were blown.

Go here https://www.fleet.ford.com/ and click on the "maintenance" tab and click on "owners manuals" and see if you can download one for your 99.
