Howdy Del. FTE. Have a favor to ask. I've posted a couple times (not recently) & someone suggested I visit each state separately & try that. So here goes. I have a buddy who is an auto transporter. Just recently changed companies. Before he left, he managed to build up a pretty good collection of license plates. He has a neighbor boy (maybe 20s? from the pictures) who is autistic/special needs. He has always admired my friends collection, so last year my buddy decided to try to get a complete state collection for him. Below is a list of what he's still missing. IF anybody can help out, that'd be great. Am NOT asking you to take your plates off or if you collect, to give up on your collection. Just IF you have or know of somebody who has some they don't want. Thanks to all. Have had some help from FTE earlier, just never thought about visiting EACH state & asking there.
The states I need are: AK, CT, DC, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, MT, NC, ND, OR, SC, SD, VT, WI, & WY. Other countries are also welcome.
A fellow FTE member just contacted me yesterday about German plates & the international people have came through before with Australia & England. Have nothing from Mexico, Central/South America, or Asia. ANY & ALL plates are welcome if you don't have something on the list & want to help out. He says the kid just enjoys getting the plates. ALSO, forgot to mention, he'll gladly reimburse you for postage if you want. Just drop a note in with your name & address. Thanks again & :-X25!!
