Anyone have a scanner in the Corona, Ca area

Its a 2002 with the 7.3. Im in Corona but willing to travel to surrounding area. Its been to the dealer a few times. Its getting expensive with no results.

I would like to perform a Buzz test if possible or at least identify which injectors or bank Im having issues with.
