Reset 2002 -2004 Ford F250 alarm and imoblizer?

bought my 2002 F250 7.3 a few months ago and the previous owner had a ford alarm and immobilizer system installed a couple years after he bought it new at the ford dealership.
I was screwing around trying to reset one of the fobs that I didn't think was working and now the alarm and immobilizer don't work at all. Not even the flashing red dash lite.
It dosn't have the coded keys. When it was working the alarm would chirp if you bumped the truck and go off if you bumped it good and hard. The truck would not crank unless the truck was unlocked with the remote or the push button under the dash was held in. Now it will start anytime and there is no alarm. I would like to get this working again. Anybody know how to re arm it or program it?

If you Post me a photo of what the alarm FOB looks like i'll let your know if its a Ford product ( I have a serious doubt) and i'll send the instruction PDF file.

I have been reading posts for a few days and seems that you know your stuff. I posted a message on this Ford forum last weekend and no replies. I have a autoguard immobilizer in my 2006 ford F350 diesel truck. Since last sunday my truck won't start and a few ppl think it is the immobilizer. Lights work, battery has 12 v, and i must say my grandaughter accidently left the back seat door ajar abit overnite, she did not close properly and i tried to start truck next morning and nothing. Now, trying to find the little black box which i have been told is what to look for under the dash and cannot find. I need to find this to give autoguard #information off it so as to reset code. Can anyone help me. I live in a remote area in northern Manitoba canada with only 1 garage and they cannot help me. I need to get my truck running please anyone any help appreciated.

Its hard to do this stuff of the internet but we'll try to help you the best we can. Its possible that the box is not in the passenger compartment but in the engine bay along the drivers side.

Thank you for your reply. I have it fixed, and it was way up under the dash thats why we could not find it. So to make a long story short my diesel is on the road again.
