Yeah I can understand that. We aren't doing anything fancy at all tonight. We got together and talked about it as a family, and we decided to go cheap and easy this year. My uncle is going to smoke a turkey, and we will probably just have chips and sandwiches. Just a reason to get together as a family and screw around for a while. Might even try to teach my cousin how to drive my truck tonight (clutch is about shot anyways :-roll)

Have fun Steve, smoke one for me, lol

Wind is up to 36 knots right now... that is over 41 mph!

Jigger2020 11-26-2011 12:22 PM

Brandon, thx for the weather report, lol....................its breezy up here too

big-ugly 11-26-2011 12:25 PM

We had better be getting some snow with all this noise... Driving home is gonna be fun, I will have a great tail-wind the whole way. Driving to my uncle's might be a different story... a nice cross-wind the whole way in a lifted pickup...

Jigger2020 11-26-2011 12:27 PM

B, which way is the wind comin outa, G

big-ugly 11-26-2011 12:28 PM

Out of the North here. No chances of precip. in sight... :(

Jigger2020 11-26-2011 12:29 PM

Is that normal to get northerly winds

big-ugly 11-26-2011 12:30 PM

Yeah it's fairly common, that is why our main runway runs North/South.

Jigger2020 11-26-2011 12:36 PM

Oh ya I get it.................when we get North winds it usually brings cold weather

big-ugly 11-26-2011 12:40 PM

We have "cold" weather coming. It will be normal weather for this time of year, but cold compared to what we have been having. I'm tired of going from high 60's/low 70's to 30's and 40's overnight...

That's what we've been having lately. I wish it would stay around.:D

I'm not kidding you, I dread the winter weather. I can't wait to retire and move south.;)

I disagree strongly.. Cold weather means 2 things to me. 1)Deer season is here. 2)Coyote hunting/chevy sleddin' with the buddies!

:D
