Just wondering as I was reading about some the newer trucks..

All obs trucks from the factory are forged.

I've heard forged mid 99 pmr started I think

Actually pmr started in mid 00 or 01, can't remember for sure but its one of the two.

Every time I've thought about buying a sd I remembered the pmr rods and backed out

I have a whole set of them sitting here. They are holding better then they used to. But I agree I'm sticking with forged.
