All of this rep conversation (and entirely too much time on my hands) has inspired me to do some research.
Another "limiting factor" in the rep system is how much rep you can spread in 24 hours. It's ten. Thus, we now know that you can only rep ten posts in a 24 hour period, and you must rep 20 other posters before you can rep the same person twice. (Yes, I am keeping notes... :p) |

Could well be. There's lots of limiters for lots of reasons, and I don't know all of them.
I haven't run into that myself tho...threads like the Friv thread (and this one...) seem to generate lots of Rep in various directions. |
