2011 Extended Warranty prices.....???
 

I have beed searching for what people have been paying for extended warranties. I am interested in 7year 125k mileage package.

I was quoted $2270 about a year ago on the extended warranty through ford. Dont recall the details.

Just this week I took delivery of my new 2011 F250 and was quoted a price of $2400 for an additional two years and 39,000 miles of bumper-to-bumper coverage. Total coverage would have been 5 years 75,000 miles...

Or you could get Geico insurance that'll throw in the warranty for 7 yrs 100000 miles for next to nothing. I'll be switching this weekend

Yeah be careful. I would not go with anything other than the Ford ESP warranty.

I purchased my truck 2011 diesel SD C/C FX4 in Dec 2010.....ext/warranty a 5 year / 125K mile bumper to bumper cost $2290.00 it's a Ford product $100.00 dect...

Google Ford extended warranty, any dealer can sell you one and they all have to honor it. Numerous dealers will sell the Ford packages for cost+ online.

I supposedly paid $1875 for the 4 year 125k mile Premium (bumper to bumper) package when I bought my King Ranch last December. Went through the Ford dealer.

I did google it and it works great. I didn't know you can get that info online!

I paid $1900 for a 5 year 100k bumper to bumper warranty. after spending 7k in our of pocket repairs to get my 06 dodge to 95000 miles and given the fact this truck is a totally new engine and trans setup, against what I normally do I antied up the money for it. I have never bought an extended warranty before, but I dunno these trucks appear fairly problem free for the most part, it might be worth the risk and not buy it, the motor is 100k anyways. it was suspension parts that really tore me up on the dodge, scratch that, it was just about the entire truck.

How much discount does the code get you on this site?

I'm still debating on the warranty. The truck is a month old and I don't see many problems here in the 6.7 board. I think I may wait around and lurk to see if there are more widespread problems. If not, I'm going to pass as technically, we should be problem free in these trucks for 100k.

I'm hoping the times are past us when it comes to juggling with fire after 100k on a diesel (6.0 and 6.4....).

It was $180 off. I got the Premium ESP and I paid $2249 for 84 mo / 100k. It covers 500+ items and I plan on keeping the truck for past the standard 3 yr 36k warranty or the 5 yr 60k powertrain warranty. It is also a great reselling feature if I decide to sell the truck.
