why would you need new rims?? mine are the same as yours.

sddesigns 08-14-2011 08:03 AM

the 305/70 require a wider rim.

Max Tire Stock: 32x11.00 on 8" wheel

as a (generally overlooked [unadvised]) rule, you can run tires up to 4 inches wider than your rims. 8 inch rim, 12 inch tire. 9 inch, the 12.5 is within spec. or at least as it was explained to me by a tire guy.

But most tire places will not install oversize tires on OEM wheels and I want to get them from a place with lifetime balance and rotations.

Most places won't for liability reasons if anything ever happened and lawyers love to rip apart liability waivers.

Hi and bye Nebraska. Have to shut it down early because of a nasty looking storm heading this way.

after:

it took forever, hand painted all the gauges, with a combination of white spray paint, blue sharpie, metalic blue, turn-signal yellow, and red model paint, silver spray paint (for the plastic behind the gauges to help the lights show a little better), blue back lights with the filters removed, and leds for the warnin lights and turn signals. also swapped the speedo for one out of another truck cause it has a tripometer, where the original didnt.
