Where can I get the front wheel disc dust shields?

Not the dust cap on the outside of the wheel bearing, the dust shield that goes behind the rotor on the spindle side. Going to buy a new set of rotors for my truck real soon and wanted to replace the rotted dust shields while the rotors are off. I can't find a Napa, Autozone, Advance, or any other local place that has them. Is it a dealer only part? Thought they'd be an easy find since I just picked up a pair the other day for a chevy at work from napa.

Truck is a '94 2wd F150

Probably your best bet is to give partsguyed.com a try.

LMC truck.has them but I think they're like $90 a piece!!

Yikes..

Still havent found anywhere carrying them. afraid to look at lmc if they're really that much. Maybe i'll just have to sweat a little and try to find a clean pair at the junkyard that I can sandblast and repaint.

Throw them in the garbage and dont worry about them. they are more hassle than they are worth. Every truck i pull the spindle, get the dust shield delete

Its not even a dealer only thing.... and LMC doesn't have it. I honestly went everywhere (and trust me when I want a something I never give up) b/c we just did a brake job on my truck. Everywhere I went they told me its pointless to keep and more of a hassle like Diesel Brad said, and not to mention it rots really quick.

damn proud of that sheetmetal i bet you could make them yourself if your patient or maybe just pull them off a newer truck and redrill the holes

they are not only used to shield dust they help cool the brakes also but i bet brad is correct you cant tell the difference

havent had em on mine, and my rotors are still in great shape....bout 6 months now

I agree, throw them away because they are very hard to find and expensive as well. Most folks I have talked with (mechanics), say the same thing, just remove them.

I did the "dust shield delete" mod too when I rebuilt my D60. PM me if you really feel you need them.
