Since we have the working trucks thread, I thought I'd start a thread on oddballs. You know, like the railway express, ice cream trucks, bell telephone trucks, etc... Anything other than the regular cab and bed, panel truck, some COE's, or cab and flatbed. Just thought I'd try to get them all into one place.

I'll start with this one:

These are my all time favorites and I'd bet they'd be hard to beat for oddity:

Not so odd but pretty unique:

1937 Hunt Housecar, built on a Ford chassis

This one could tie with the first two I posted. It's a DeArco, a Ford/GM designed car hauler:

oddball custom

Here's a few photos of a custom 'retro-ranchero' project I saw at a recent car show in Nevada:

The owner spliced a f1 bed and cab back end onto a mercury car front end...

And another odd custom from woodies on the wharf last month:

I think this may have originally been designed to be a mail truck.

How the heck do you drive that thing from 20 feet in the air?

Off topic but it caught my eye..

bobbytnm, your buddy's yard has a 39 standard four door in what looks like nice shape. What is he doing with it?
