i grilled some black angus sirlion steaks on sunday..they were organically fed and had zero hormones in them too...man were they good!!!

Bill, you seem to always know when to show up! LOL Marshall, the pan is what I put the beef brisket in. After slicing, I pour some of the juices over the brisket for an additional topping. :9 I cook the pork on the open grate. BTW... the beer is always cold!!! :-drink |

Iwas just saying put a pork shoulder in it cover it with foil.
