I wasn't knocking it, I was just saying I was in time for it. I like a good BBQ as much as the next guy...lol

It takes me a couple good grillings to get in to the swing of things.Now I am ready.
How is Cris doing up there?

i grilled some black angus sirlion steaks on sunday..they were organically fed and had zero hormones in them too...man were they good!!!

Not too bad. Sitting in a campsite under the awning and the awning isn't out to keep the sun off me.

Marshall, the pan is what I put the beef brisket in. After slicing, I pour some of the juices over the brisket for an additional topping. :9
I cook the pork on the open grate.

BTW... the beer is always cold!!! :-drink
