Australian conversion

Hey guys
Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this but i was wondering about buying the latest model F-150 and having it converted to right hand drive for use here in Australia.
My friend over here has very recently just had a dodge ram converted and this gave me the idea to look into doing a similar thing.
Would anyone have a rough estimate on having a conversion done in America as the total conversion for the RAM over here was about 30k plus about 8k for shipping.
There are very few F trucks over here and the asking price for 2003-2004 F150's is still around 80k AUS dollars. With that in mind buying an F-150 for 30 Thousand US dollars spending the 30 thousand on conversion and another 8 thousand for shipping i could still come out on top with a brand new car.

Also wondering America's thoughts on our pickups (utes as we call them)
What do you think?

I think your F trucks and RAM's are way better but we just dont have many over here.

Anyone want to do a swap????
