Wow! Sorta wish I had left Ennis yesterday, 45* and wind at 30 MPH off the lake is not fun. Throw in a light drizzle and occasional thunderstorm, it is definately time to head farther south :-X04 Galveston Beach here I come!

Well, I'm back :( A week of fun and sun was worth the mechanical problems I had on this trip. When I went to hook up to my trailer Mon at Ennis, the battery was dead, well $122 later I was on the road with an A-Zone alternator. Somewhere between Conroe and Houston, my radio started cutting out and quit, looked in the mirror and my trailer marker lights were out, battery was dead again :-X15 Had to take the battery out of my camper, sit it in the back and run booster cables through the passenger window to keep things running. Changed alt in Galveston Tue. and so far all is good.

Two alternators in one trip?:-huh I know allot of the rebuilt alternators (along with allot of other items) are coming out of Mexico these days. But that's truly sad if it didn't even make it a week. Glad to hear you made it back safe.:-X22
