'66 Ranger front fender emblem?

Does any one make replacement decals for the Ranger front fender emblems? I find other applications for sale as reproductions, but expect that I may be out-of-luck with the Ranger due to the lower demand.

The ones on my daughter's truck are so faded you can barely read them anymore.

If no rreproductions are available, has anyone tried a different tack? Thanks.

my friend Greg can make them, he is a sign guy. i think he is on this website? i know he is on Slick 60's.... user name FordChild.

if your talking about the ones that go i the same spot as the twin I beam on the side fender, i saw a set on ebay that said ranger on it. there like a paper or something that go behind the ford emblem right.

No, not at all like that... he will make them out of the best vinyl materials applied to a new clear lense. he is making new F250 emblems for my 63 using red reflective material, should be cool looking!

Carolina Classics (carolinaclassics.com 800-598-4211) has reproduced the plastic inserts (that Ford never offered by themselves) for the fender emblems for TWIN-I-BEAM / CAMPER SPECIAL / FOUR WHEEL DRIVE

I see no listing for Ranger, but you might call 'em and ask.

You can repaint them, it's a simple process, you don't even have to remove the inserts from the emblem. All you need to find are the correct colors.

I just went through this. With Bill's help, I contacted MANY suppliers and private owners of old trucks looking for the exact thing - the Ranger emblem. I got lucky. Everyone I talked to said no such thing availible any more. They all kept giving me another person to call and finally, the last person I talked to had a brand new set that he just came across. $60 and they are on their way. I'll get them by the end of the week.
Mine also have almost completely faded out. If you find a set on ebay that says 'buy now', drop what your doing and get them. The only other option is to try to have them repainted. My talent really sucks in that field so I would need to find someone that can.

I should have got them then. I didn't know they where that hard to come across, I am on ebay all the time and look for parts for my 66 f100 so if I find anything like that again I'll pick it up or let you guys know asap.
