Looking at a 2006 F150 4x4 to use as the exploders tow rig-- 187,000miles thoughts?

That's a bunch of miles, but then again, they seem to go more miles than the trucks of yesterday.

My biggest concern would be the transmission. But there has to be tons of transmissions in junk yards from that year, with fewer miles, and same with engines with low mileage in case these failed on you.
