Bucket seats were an extra cost option on 1967/72 F100/350's. The seats, upholstery (except GT) and seat tracks are the same as 1965/66 Mustang.

To install these seats in a 1967/72, you will need four (different) brackets, which bolt to the floorpan, then to the tracks. These four are specific R/L Inner/Outer.

These brackets raise and level the Mustang seats when installed in F100/350's. Someone, don't recall who, has reproduced them.

There is no console listed for 1967/72's in the truck parts catalog, but...

1965/66 F100/250 Rangers came with these same buckets seats as standard equipment. The console used on 1965/66 Rangers is the same as 1964/65 Falcon Sprint.

I've been told that you can use seats from Ford pickups into the 90's, that with some minor mods, you can bolt up the original seat tracks on to the newer seats, and they will fit. Haven't done it myself yet, but I'm planning on going with a 60/40 split bench, like my 97 has. Going to see how it fits, anyway.

That would TOTALLY rock for me (14" height difference between me and the wife). Love to know what you find out on the fitment. I think I read somewhere in the forums that newer seats (up to '96? '93?) will direct bolt onto the earlier ('67 to '72) tracks.

somebody on here sells those brackets.
i bought mine off ebay instead only because they were powdercoated and came with floor reinforcements. and then definitely get yourself a set of 66 mustang buckets and slap those puppies in, stick a fork and call it done. no need for fabricating measuring and ripping your hair out when u can get a hold of these brackets that are a factory fit.
