That's our plan. I have a list of things to get done to the house, so we can put it on the marker either next summer, or the following, depending on the market. She wants a newer house, I want an out building. And a bigger basement.

They do grow fast my youngest was complaining about leg pain when she went to the doctor she had grown 4" in 6 months!
