how to remove rear airbags
 

i have a 1999 navigator that my rear bags wont go up anymore
so i bought new airbags and i wondering how do i remove the other ones?

is there a diy for this?

i heard u jus tremove shock and thats all idk

but anybody help would be appreaciated

Disconnect the battery and wait a few minutes for the system to power down. If you touch the positive and negative battery cables together it should eliminate any stray current. Other than that its pretty straight forward.
