Where is free for download "Service Manual Ford F150, f250LD 99"
I both an "Infiniti I30 97". In matters of minutes I found service manual (for Nissan Maxima but it is mechanical identical to I30) at Internet and downloaded it. Over 1000 of pages. Same was with my Acura Legend. Why nobody else don't protest. It is tens of thousands worth for us in repairing. I will switch to another truck that have free service manual for download. Try to find service manual at eBay. Ripped 3 TIMES. Is it someone from FORD reed this. No manual no Ford for me.

Geez, do you want cheese with that whine?

Buy the manual or buy something else.

This cracks me up! You are going to dump a 3-6k$ vehicle because you can't find an 50-80$ manual for free? Your math is really fuzzy. Sounds like you want rid of your F-150 and you are looking for justification.

Just go to the store and buy a for sale sign. It's really OK.

you can buy a CD on e-bay for $10. not the best book in the world, but adequate to get things done.

jimanderson 02-15-2011 09:03 PM

Shoot man - check out helmsinc.com. A New service manual is like $80.
You will save that with your first repair.

And I'll bet those "free" manuals are copyrighted and are not legal.
Reminds me I need to order one for my truck.

LOL... this is the best post of the day..... what a cry baby, and your syntax sucks... and I bet your momma dresses you funny too.

bbsitum 02-16-2011 08:53 AM

I would be more then happy to pay for complete manual 80$ but last time when I checked it was a couple hundred. Acura (don't know Infiniti) manual is legal, header at web page is - HERE IS FREE REALISE OF FACTORY ACURA LEGEND G1 SERVICE MANUAL - this is what I want hear from FORD. Ford truck work for me, I don't want sold it but in future I will always check is it exist "FREE REALISE OF FACTORY SERVICE MANUAL" before I buy car/truck. It is sign of honesty and pride. I don't want dill with company that want hold me in dark.

Ya gotta be a bit out in left field to print 1000 pages single sided then keep track of them all loose like that.
But on the other hand if you print to file and keep it on hard drive it may not be so bad.
But your stance on it vs owning the truck is not adult sounding at all.
Good luck.

bbsitum 02-17-2011 08:43 AM

Just like an opinion over my experience. I think CD is far better then book because I can print out what I need and bring to car, and reprint if need. Work excellent for me. If is more print I use duplex printing.
With “prong fasteners” I can easy connect hundreds of pages. But really need not. That lamenting about selling FORD I just tried to energize you guys to require service manual.

I can't think of anything nice to say about this and my mother taught me if you can't say anything nice then don't say anything at all...

Damn, I got those years ago and they were not cheap those books. Cost me a case of beer as they were going into the new Ford dealership and a friend said here to hold these and he took the case off the back of my truck. I do miss that cooler as it keep your beer, ice cold. It was a red one like those Dixie cups red.

bbsitum 07-31-2020 07:48 PM

^^^ So I asked same question 9 years go. Who would think. However tame change, what worked back than not work today.

Wow 3 times. I agree with younger me, if will not have manual will switch to Toyota. Do not like boxed frame any way. Btw 10 years go I planned to drive around Ferrari and some Belarus underwear model in it not same truck. Well will happen 10 years from now for sure.

Stonedpony 07-31-2020 08:06 PM
