LEER Cap Interior Light
I bought a 2005 F250 CC w/ a short bed. Already had the cap on it (I want to take it off and get a Bakflip once I get some money). It is wired for the brake light and interior bed light, but the fuse was blown and the bulb had a hole in it when I got it.
So I'm looking for the information (volts, watts) for the lightbulb that sits on the inside of the cap right behind/below the exterior brake light. Anyone know what kind of bulb that is? |
Look for a website of the cap manufacturer. I'm sure that there is not a universal answer for your question.

My leer caps light was out also.. Used the calibrated eye ball and picked one up at auto zone... Was actually a dome light bulb...

That was my plan, but in the process of looking for a new bulb I crushed mine at some point. I think it was 3V 9W, but I'd like to see if someone could chime in.
LEER just calls it a dome light. I guess I can probably just call them. |
did you ever get this figured out?
|
No, never got around to calling.
