looking for some tech help with air ride

Hi all, new to the form and looking for some tech help with air ride.
2007 Navigator L problem is have moved to a new location and the parking garage is about 2.5" lower that the truck, so you see what I am up against.
Here is what I am about to do to start, removal of the roof rack this will give me almost the 2.5" I need but I need a safety zone.
My question for the ford tech's and or the experienced members is, with the factory ford tool are you able to re-set the stock ride height an inch or more lower as your stock setting, I understand with doing this I would need to aline the truck to this new setting.

Any help or advise would be great
Thank you

I would post this at flatratetech.com.

If you turn the truck off before you enter, let the air bleed out, turn the suspension off, and drive in. Once you are out of the garage turn it back on. That's what we do.
