97 f150 4.6 blend door issues
 

I have access to my blend door - door is off - when I turn knob from cold to hot actuator shaft for door does not move - Is this vacuum controled or electrical - what steps should I take to troubleshoot the problem - everything worked fine until I changed the heater core :-banghead
