Nice, Trav. That is a sweet load there. So how'd the truck handle it, I bet it towed it pretty well. Again sweet trailer there, good job.:-X22

Got it for free which is even better towed like a dream you wouldn't even know it was towed by a super duty till it turned and saw a tiny little Ford pickup. Only big problem was the 02 is such a long wheelbase when turning into our yard we took out our fence and a few trees. The passanger side of the truck got a tiny dent from jack knifing but I don't care as I am going to have to fix that whole panel one of these days. Other then that nothing wrong. All of it was in 2wd too never needed 4x4. Got to level it out today and get my buddies things back to him. By the way we got off the road before the winds got to bad. Truck used $20 of gas round trip to get there and back.

Is this considered working?

Midnite1987 06-01-2013 10:03 PM

the most ive had in mine yet. was just a trial to see how it fit. gotta remove tailgate and make a rack to slide into the 5th wheel rails for the back tires to sit on.

razr - looks like it's having fun not workin' :)

midnite - that's one time I think the SD would lose a tug-o-war with THOSE treads !

King-bRanch 06-02-2013 08:55 AM

Holy-moly thats a tight fit :-hair
Looks like a little trailer may be in order, that thing is impressive (width/height) Looks fun & good looking truck too :-jammin

Jigger2020 06-02-2013 09:01 AM

Nah...... its fine, that way he doesn't have to tie it in Warren

Thats true :-X04

Heck since he has 5th Wheel Rails i'd probably just put a large ratchet strap between the Rail's & that rear tow point on Razr & call it good (to keep from sliding out backwards) otherwise its snug as a bug in there...

RedDevil460 06-02-2013 09:27 AM

RZAR, your truck and camper look good, and yeah that could be considered working you still technically have a load on it.:-X22

Midnite awesome looking truck there. I love everthing about it. I've always loved that blue color and those tires and wheels look great. What size are they? That's a nice load there too. That Razr looks sweet, I would love to have one of those, I bet its a lot of fun. And its definitely a tight fit in there, might be better of with a trailer.:-roll

Midnite1987 06-02-2013 04:55 PM

Definatly a tight fit. I had to put a ratchet strap across the front A-arms o make it a couple inches narrower to fit through the tailgate posts.

Going to be puling a holiday trailer as well so rzr needs to go in the box.

It's too much weight to be sitting on the tailgate tho.

Tires are a 326/60-18

jdadamsjr 06-03-2013 07:37 AM

hope u got a good weight distributing hitch then !

between the razr and the trailer hitch weight, you will murder your rawr :) :) :)

Im not the biggest fan of the old Pintle style but it works for now. Tonight the X will also get some off road time as the job is along BNSF Railway tracks off old service roads. Ill be sure to snap a few pics at night as long as the boss is not looking }>

Jigger2020 06-03-2013 05:28 PM

Looking good Wilbur, you did a great job all around, good luck on yer maiden voyage, AC and all..........

King-bRanch 06-03-2013 05:59 PM
